Where we deliver

We ship across India. Customers in and around Parner and Ahilyanagar are welcome to collect from the shop instead, at no charge.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

You can check an estimate for your own pincode on any product page before ordering. Estimates are working days and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. Below that, a flat fee of ₹99 applies, shown at checkout before you confirm.

Packaging

Laptops and desktops are packed with the original box where available, plus protective padding. Every order is checked for quality before it is sealed.

Receiving your order

• Check the outer packaging before accepting the delivery.
• If the box is visibly damaged or has been opened, refuse the delivery and call us.
• For Cash on Delivery, keep the exact amount ready where possible.

Delays

Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can delay a courier beyond the estimate. We will keep you informed if that happens to your order.
